At Mozaic, we believe diversity is a strength, and that differences in language, culture and background can be a bridge for communication, not a barrier.

We are a team bringing together people of different nationalities, backgrounds and cultures, working together in the Netherlands to provide services that help individuals and families overcome language and procedural barriers, and build a more stable and connected life.

Our vision began with a real need we see in our daily lives: there are people who need someone who understands their language, culture and circumstances, and who can help them deal with procedures and steps that may seem complicated in a new country. That is how Mozaic came to be.

Our different nationalities and backgrounds are a core part of our identity. Everyone on the Mozaic team brings their own experience, culture and perspective, and this diversity helps us understand the needs of the people we work with more deeply, and communicate with them in a closer, more human way. We don't see differences in language and culture as barriers, but as bridges that can bring people together.
