Data we collect

We only collect your personal data when you provide it to us yourself through the website, in the following cases:

"Contact us" form: name, email address, phone number (optional), address and the text of your message, along with any files you attach.
"Propose your initiative" form: email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your proposal.
Client file delivery service: when we create a private download link for your files, we do not collect any additional data from you when you open the link or download the files.

How we use your data

We use the data you provide exclusively for the following purposes:

Responding to your enquiries and requests by email or phone.
Providing our services (sworn translation, family reunification, administrative consulting and more) and following up on your case.
Delivering your files and documents securely.

We keep contact messages and the related files for as long as necessary to follow up on your request or service. Download links for files delivered to clients are valid for only 15 days from creation, and are deleted automatically (the link and its associated files) once this period ends.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not share your personal data with any third party for their own purposes. Your data may be processed technically through trusted services we use to run the website, namely:

Google Analytics: to measure the number of visits and general browsing behaviour on the website (statistical data, not linked to your personal identity).
Google reCAPTCHA: to protect against spam when forms are submitted.
Hosting provider: to store the website's data and run it securely.

The website also displays our clients' reviews that are already publicly published on our Google Business Profile (reviewer name and review text). This is public data by nature, and we do not collect any data about the website's visitors themselves through it.

Cookies

The website uses simple local storage in your browser (localStorage) only to remember your preference for light or dark mode; this data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Cookies from Google Analytics are also used for the statistical purposes mentioned above.

Data security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including: encrypting sensitive connection data, restricting the file types that may be uploaded and verifying their actual content, and generating long, random download links that are hard to guess and valid for a limited time.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

Request access to the data we hold about you.
Request correction of any inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data, unless keeping it is necessary to complete a service you requested.
Object to the processing of your data or withdraw your consent at any time.
